What currencies are acceptable on the site?
▶ All prices are shown either in USD United States Dollars or GBP UK Pound Sterling and will be clearly stated. We accept payment in over 50 currencies and it will be converted by our payment processor at checkout.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
▶ We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to be quality checked then shipped out, average shipping times for the UK and USA are 5-7 working days the rest of the world are 7-21 days.
Which carriers do you partner with?
▶ We use various global carrier partners such as UPS, TNT, Royal Mail Parcelforce etc. Always tracked and insured for your protection.
How can I track my items?
▶ Tracking numbers will be generated on the day your product has been fully processed then updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at customerservice@ohsaucy.com you can check TRACKING here after you have received your tracking number via e mail.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
▶ Yes. Please refer to our returns policy or contact us for full details on the process. Once approved by our admin staff you must ship product back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
What if there is an issue?
▶ Get in touch with us straight away. We will do our best to resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction wherever possible. Also refer to our returns policy or contact support if your unsure.
Can I cancel my order?
▶ You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund. See our return policy or contact support if unsure.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
▶ If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@ohsaucy.com.
If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
▶ Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-21 business days.
▶ Wondering if your delivery can be Next day / Within the same week or Longer you will be advised at checkout before payment is made. You may have options at checkout to use different services to speed up the delivery time.
